We always confirm the flight/ ferry arrival times. The driver will wait for all flights / ferries that are delayed and your transfer is provided without any additional charges.
f you require a transfer service with a pick-up time between 23:00 and 06:00, there is an additional charge of 10 euros. This is due to the fact that our drivers work overnight during these hours
The driver will normally wait up for you as much as needed. If you discover that your luggage has gone missing, you should inform us as soon as possible by using the phone number shown on the confirmation letter.
You will have full details and the emergency telephone number of your supplier on your confirmation e-mail. Please call your supplier and you will be directed to your driver.
A private transfer is a chauffeured car service that ensures that only your party (no matter how big or small) will be on-board. You will also directly to and from your destination.
Private Transfers are always direct.
Yes. You hire the minivan or the private car with driver (car hire with the driver) for a minimum duration of 30’ (May-August) and 180’ (September-April). In accordance with the current Greek legislation Minimum prices for the private car hire with the driver are 40€ for the period May- August (01/05-31/08) and 90€ for the period September-April (01/09-30/04) 24% VAT is included. In case of a 13% VAT prices are 36€ and 82€ respectively.

If you are traveling with infants/babys, car seats are charged with 3 euros per item and booster seats are charged with 2 euros per item . You only need to request it at the time of booking.
Leader’s Full name and leader’s passport or ID number are obligatory data that the private transport carrier must have in accordance with the current Greek legislation.
You may amend or cancel your booking in writing by emailing [email protected] at least 48 hours before the agreed pick up time.
In the event that you cancel your reservation 48 hours before the agreed pick up time you get a full refund. Otherwise Vanakee reserves the right not to make any compensation and you will not be entitled to a full refund. For pre-paid bookings, any refunds due to you for cancellations or complaints will be made to the card used to make the payment within 7 business days (business days being Monday to Friday).
In the event that you do not wish to use the Services for any reason and do not cancel the Booking by contacting vanakee.com, no refunds will be provided.
In the event that you wish to cancel a return leg of your journey, you will not be entitled to any refund. In the event that you provide inaccurate details with an invalid pick up point, you will not be entitled to any refund and may incur additional charges from Vanakee in order to complete the Trip. In the event that You are not available at the Agreed Pick-Up Point within 15 minutes of the Agreed Time, it will be at Vanakee’s discretion to treat Your non-availability as a cancellation, and You will not be entitled to any refund of the Fare, and any Card Costs that you may have paid in advance. Where Vanakee decides to wait more than 15 minutes from the Agreed Time, then You may be subject to additional charges by Vanakee in respect of any additional waiting time and/or parking charges and will make such payment directly to Vanakee.
