Your tour leader will meet you at the port of Corfu, where you will board the ferry boat. The journey begins with a pleasant cruise across the Ionian Sea, heading towards the port of Igoumenitsa—the main gateway connecting Corfu with mainland Greece.
Upon arrival, a luxury coach and your professional guide will be waiting to welcome you. Your journey through the region of Epirus begins, offering beautiful landscapes filled with lush nature, mountains, and traditional scenery.
Your first stops will be at the famous Kokkoris Bridge and the impressive three-arched Kalogeriko Bridge in the village of Kipoi Zagori. These iconic stone bridges are masterpieces of traditional architecture and stand as symbols of the area’s rich heritage. Throughout the journey, your guide will share fascinating stories, historical insights, and cultural details about the region.
As you explore, you will quickly notice the striking contrast with Corfu’s typical summer scenery. The dramatic mountains, stone-built structures, and dense forests create a completely different atmosphere—one that defines the unique character of Epirus.
This feeling deepens as you arrive at the charming village of Monodendri, one of the most popular villages in the Zagori area. Here, you will have the opportunity to stroll along traditional cobblestone paths, relax in the picturesque village square, and follow the scenic trail leading to the Monastery of Monastery of Saint Paraskevi. From this stunning location, you can enjoy breathtaking views over the vast Vikos Gorge—a truly unforgettable sight.
You may also visit the Rizarios Handicraft Exhibition and the local photography exhibition, offering further insight into the culture and traditions of the area. In Monodendri, where you will spend the largest part of your day, a delicious traditional lunch will be served at a local taverna.
There will also be free time to explore the village at your own pace—wander through its charming alleys, soak in the atmosphere, and shop for local products and souvenirs.
After this enriching experience, you will board the coach for a scenic return to Igoumenitsa, followed by the ferry crossing back to Corfu.
After a full and memorable day, you will return with unique experiences and lasting memories. Your visit to Corfu will have included not only its famous summer charm, but also an unforgettable escape to a different side of Greece—a magical, authentic landscape that feels like a hidden treasure waiting to be discovered.
At 07:00 AM, you will meet your tour leader inside the Port of Corfu, located behind Sette Venti Café.
The tour lasts a full day, and the return to Corfu is scheduled for 21:15.

In case a sufficient number of participants is not reached for the tour to take place, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 18 hours before its scheduled start. In such a case, a full refund of the ticket price will be provided.
Prepayment is required to confirm the booking of this tour. The customer has the right to cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, in which case a full refund will be issued. In the event of a cancellation less than 48 hours before the start, any refund is at the discretion of the company.
