Benitses is an old traditional seaside village on the southeast coast of the island, located at an 11km distance from the Corfu airport. It’s one of the oldest and most popular touristic resorts on Corfu island, with various options for accommodation and all kinds of entertainment, watersports, bars, traditional restaurants, shopping and more. The beach is along the main road, it’s paved with mixed sand and pebbles, organized with sunbeds and umbrellas, and awarded with a blue flag. Benitses has a marina which accommodates boats that offer excursions to many beautiful parts of Corfu and the surrounding islands.
